SOUR CREAM

Brancourts Sour Cream is so versatile it is perfect on tacos, in desserts, in dips and a dollop instead of cream.  The secret to its rich flavour is to only use the cream skimmed from only the freshest Australian milk. (The skimmed milk is then used to make our delicious Cottage Cheese, so nothing is wasted.)
