This Brunch Toast many sound surprising at first but works so well, hitting on all the flavours & textures with the creamy, savoury cottage cheese, rich, buttery avocado, hit of sweet honey & addictive heat from the crispy chili.

Method

1.

Toast the sourdough, mash the avocado over the two slices, season with a little salt then spoon over the cottage cheese. Drizzle with honey, crispy chili oil and serve straight away.

Ingredients

2 slices sourdough

½ avocado

Flake salt

1 cup Brancourts Cottage Cheese

2 tbsp honey

2 tbsp crispy chili in oil
