Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a large baking tray with baking paper.
Cottage Cheese Chips
These crispy Cottage Cheese Chips are a simple, savoury snack with plenty of crunch and flavour. Brancourts Classic Cottage Cheese bakes down into thin, golden rounds, creating a high-protein, gluten-free alternative to traditional chips.



Method
In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with the garlic powder, dried rosemary, black pepper, and sea salt until well combined.
Spoon small, thin rounds of the mixture onto the prepared tray, spacing them apart. Use the back of a spoon to spread each one out evenly—keeping them quite thin helps them crisp up.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the chips are set and lightly crisp.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool on the tray for 5–10 minutes—they’ll firm up further as they cool.
Serve as is or with your favourite dip.
