Method

1.

Preheat your oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a cast-iron skillet or oven-safe baking dish.

Add the Brancourts 97% Fat Free Cottage Cheese, maple syrup and vanilla extract to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.

Transfer the blended mixture to a mixing bowl. Add the almond flour, baking soda and sea salt, stirring until well combined.

4.

Gently fold in the dark chocolate chips until evenly distributed.

5.

Spoon the batter into the prepared skillet and smooth the surface. Bake for 15–20 minutes, until the edges are lightly golden and the centre is just set.

6.

Allow to cool slightly and serve while ice cream if desired. Slice into triangles and serve warm.
