Viral Chocolate Mousse
We love that this dessert is a high-protein, lighter and healthier alternative to traditional chocolate mousse. Plus, this recipe is completely lactose-free, making it ideal for anyone with dietary restrictions. Enjoy a delicious dessert that satisfies your cravings without sacrificing your health.



Method
Pour the mousse mixture into 2 serving glasses or pots. Set in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave for a minute and a half, in 30-second intervals. Alternatively, melt ingredients over the stove in a small saucepan.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the mousse and place back in the refrigerator to set for a final 20 minutes. Sprinkle hazelnuts and sea salt flakes before serving.

3/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 cup powdered monk fruit
2 medjool dates, pitted and halved
50g 85% dark chocolate
1 teaspoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon hazelnuts, roasted
